Our Purpose and Intention – We operate within South Africa’s regulated insurance environment and have developed Diamond Insurance Cover for clients who seek insurance arrangements guided by ethical principles, including fairness, transparency, and an interest-free approach.

In this regard,

· No interest is paid to or earned by our clients.

· Premiums are paid into a designated Shariʿah premium bank account.

In addition, all premiums paid into the Shari’ah compliant bank account are invested in a Shari’ah Savings investment account

· Claims are settled from a designated Shariʿah claims bank account.

This is an insurance solution designed and available to anyone who values ethical and interest-free insurance structures.

AC&E’s Diamond Insurance Covers are developed with reference to ethical principles and a commitment to interest-free administration. These products are not certified as Shariah-compliant, are not Takaful products, and are not overseen by a Shariah Supervisory Board.
