Anne-Marie Fourie (Director)

Anne-Marie has been in the Insurance industry for 17 years and has extensive knowledge of various classes of Insurance Products with regards to Underwriting, claims handling, credit control and accounting. Anne-Marie had been with President Insurance, Guardian National and was ultimately the Engineering Marketing Manager at CEU/Santam after a short period at Mirabilis as a director, Anne-Marie was offered an opportunity to open the JHB office for AC &E. This opportunity enabled her to provide an additional service to all the Engineering clients by adding Guarantees to the book of business. Anne-Marie has a wealth of practical experience with regards to Engineering Underwriting, she has also qualified herself to give hands on assistance and advice and attended various Engineering training courses local and International.
Anne-Marie heads up the Johannesburg office for AC&E Engineering Underwriting Managers (Pty) Ltd and is a partner in the Engineering and Guarantee Companies.

Andre Coertzen

Andre has a wealth of experience in the Insurance Industry and has been in Insurance for the past 19 years. Andre had been running very successfully his own brokerage when he was approached by CEU/Santam to join the Company as a specialist Engineering Underwriter, he then joined Mirabilis Engineering Underwriters but left for a bigger challenge at Glenrand MIB to gain more experience. AC & E Underwriting Management had been fortunate to have Andre as our Marketing Manager in Johannesburg since 2008.

Cheryl Grobbelaar

Cheryl previously worked for CEU in the Credit Control division and had the opportunity to gain specialized knowledge when she moved over to the Santam Credit Control division. She has specialized knowledge in credit control and finances and is looking forward to building significant relationships with all A C & E clients in order to deliver a service of excellence.

Vic van Nus

Vic has over 30 years experience in the Engineering & Contract Works Insurance fields. Having started with the British Engine Insurance (now Mutual & Federal), moving on to Brokers Minet then Bowrings where experience was gained on accounts such as LTA, Batemans and other mega corporates. Most recently employed at Santam / CEU and Consort , Vic has an excellent insight into the Construction Insurance Industry market, having dealt extensively with both small and large risks.

Rafeeq Isaacs

Rafeeq previously worked for Guardian National since 1996 which was later bought-out by Santam. After almost 14 years experience as a qualified Credit Manager, Rafeeq joined AC&E ñ Possess progressive credit control qualities with broad-based achievements in the current corporate and commercial business environment and well experienced to implement and maintain effective and professional credit control systems and procedures. Rafeeq is committed to continuously improve service delivery in terms of service level agreements and optimize performance management - Accredited member of The Institute of Credit Management of SA, The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and The Insurance Institute of SA.

Steve has been in the Short Term Insurance Market since 1986 and has 15 years experience in Commercial (MM3) with Mutual and Federal. He joined an Underwriting Buro as Commercial Director, and has focused on Engineering Insurance for the past 10 years.Moved to CEU in 2006 and 2011 to Mirabilis due to merger. Has been involved in the Namibian Market for the past 6 years.

Tania joined Mutual & Federal in the claims department in 1989. She held various claims positions with Absa (Bancura) Brokers and FNB (First Bowring) Brokers. Tania than moved to Santam and serviced the industry for 11 years prior to joining AC&E. Her vast claims experience is certainly welcomed as a great asset to AC&E.
